Payment methods, billing cycles, refunds and cancellations
We accept PayPal, credit and debit cards (processed by Stripe), and cryptocurrency through BitPay. All prices are in US dollars.
It depends on the plan. Basic Hosting is billed for 1, 2 or 3 years. Advanced Hosting is billed monthly or for 1, 2 or 3 years. Unlimited Hosting is billed monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or for 1, 2 or 3 years. VPS and VoIP plans are billed monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually, and Windows VPS Starter can also be billed for 2 or 3 years. Colocation is billed monthly, and domains are billed per year. The cycles for each plan are shown when you order.
Yes. If you cancel a hosting service within the first 15 days, you receive a full refund for that hosting service. The guarantee does not cover domain names, and some exceptions apply. See our Refund Policy and Terms of Service for details.
Submit a cancellation request from the client area. Under our Terms of Service, cancellations must be received at least 10 days before your next renewal date; otherwise the next billing term is due.

Linux and Windows VPS each come in six plans, from Starter to Diamond. They differ in vCPU cores (1 to 4), memory (1 GB to 8 GB; Windows Diamond has 6 GB), SSD storage (20 GB to 300 GB) and monthly traffic (20 GB to 1 TB). Every plan has a 1Gbps uplink. Colocation is hosted in an East Coast data center. Every colocation plan includes a 1Gbps connection, remote hands and a /29 IP block (5 usable addresses). Plans start at $29/month plus a $0.99 setup fee. See the colocation plans.
Registration, transfers and nameservers
We register .com, .net, .org, .info and .biz domains. Registration starts at $9.95/yr for .com. See every registration, transfer and renewal price on our Domain Names page.
Yes, for .com, .net, .org, .info and .biz domains. Transfer prices per year: .com $9.75, .net $11.00, .org $11.50, .info $10.50 and .biz $20.50. Start a transfer and enter the authorization (EPP) code from your current registrar. Newly registered domains cannot be transferred during their first 60 days.
Yes. When you order hosting, choose the option to use your existing domain. You can keep it with your current registrar or transfer it to us.
Log in to the client area, open My Domains and select the domain to change its nameservers.
